Eat your breakfast!

Its so easy to give in to the temptation of skipping  breakfast. Especially when the kids are cranky or you have not had enough sleep.
  Eating breakfast is important....preferably a high protein one. Find easy ways.Half a cup of low fat/ fat free cottage cheese works for me. On days I have time, its a couple of boiled egg whites. If I an hungry still I have a couple of slices of oatmeal/multigrain  bread.
    I've realized, it helps me feel fuller so I am not crazy hungry by lunchtime. I can think clearly and make healthy choices. 
Breakfast sets the tone for the day....A healthy and hearty  breakfast helps you make better choices the whole day.
